I pride myself on creating quality products for you and want them to arrive safely.
Items will be packed securely and sent via Australia Post.
Resin items are best kept in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. If you live in a warm/hot climate and won't be home when your parcel arrives, please encourage your delivery person to leave in a cool place, or arrange pickup from the Post Office, this is to avoid disappointment of soft/melted goods.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
All of your details will be kept private and only used for the purpose of sending your items.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the issue. I will do my best to fix the problem.
Please note, that your items are all hand-crafted by me, so there is the possibility of slight imperfections and differences in the products. These are not made in a factory.
